Issues with M365 Programs on MacBook Air (macOS Sequoia 15.1.1)

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the M365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) on my MacBook Air running macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. The problem is that the programs do not open the save window and instead hang with the spinning beach ball. After some time, the beach ball stops, and the program returns without having opened the save window.
I have noticed that if I delete the program folders from ~/Library/containers, the programs work again, but the problem returns after 1-2 days.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling M365, as well as reinstalling the computer and formatting the hard drive, but the issue persists.
I hope you can help find a solution to this problem.
