Former Hidden purchases in iTunes/Apple Music are not available to unhide and redownload. Mac OS Sequoia

Is anyone else seeing this? A thread from earlier in the year suggests going to the redeem link at the bottom of iTunes and accessing the hidden purchases link there, but that is not working either.

Any suggestions?
