Wondering how I change the Thumbnail for videos in my Photos app? I’m using IOS 18.0.1

I do this on a Mac, but it doesn't look like it's available in Photos for iOS or iPadOS. You may be able to find a 3rd party app, maybe in the App store, but video editors I saw there are not cheap. ($10/month?)
