Sorry, but you have posted absolutely nothing of any value to help anyone determine if there IS an issue, hacking or otherwise.
I know it is the library I want to saw you that I gain one by blocking almost all the apps through the screen protection if I say it right in English. I choose almost all the apps to run for just one minute per day
My friend I am Forty years old. I haven’t choose anything. They run apps on the phone and also this account earlier like a clone of me if I can explain it right. Also they keep authorising auto payments with one click and things like that. And some times when I lets say push them they block my internet connection. They are signing at developer programms here and also meta workspace and Microsoft ignite if I say it right.
Trying all day to find some trails from them i run over a background of my brave browser which was Mozilla controlled by chromium extension. And 4-5 guys Woking together to some kind of chromium platform developer commands to control and direct all my moves. Two of the names I have the time to right down was Duncan ***and Michael*** . The last one is a chromium expert and possible the one manages all that. If the names ring a bell please help things going really serious

If you are running Avast security on your phone, get rid of it.
Thus far, the only issue I see is that you need to charge the battery and you should not deplete it to such low levels.

That screen is your App Library and is perfectly normal.
