sorting photos in Photos

I want to sort my photos by filename (title) in Icloud and on the ipad, but even though all the metadata of the photo is removed, the photos are not put in the correct order by name in Icloud and on the ipad. The title of the photo is the filename of the photo. There is no description and the creation date is removed, as is the rest of the metadata. The Mac has OS Catalina version 10.16.7. The ipad has OS 18.11 (22891). Does anyone have a solution?
