M4 Mac Mini and Apple Music using HDMI to TV

I hooked up my new M4 Mac Mini to my Samsung TV, migrated my backup from Old Mac Mini. No issues. Magic Mouse and Keyboard connected. Using HDMI connected to the TV, I am able to use TV as screen for Mac Mini display. Typing this as I look at the screen. I open up my Apple Music/iTunes and attempt to play music. I essentially using this Mac Mini as a media server. When I play music in my iTunes Library, the display shows a static image. Music videos in the library only play as audio. I cannot browse music and go back to viewing the application or desktop without using TV to change inputs and force it to go back to the desktop. This is puzzling behavior as all other functions of the Mac Mini work fine on the TV as a monitor, including playing audio from websites, etc. But every time I go to play iTunes music I am unable to get back to the desktop. Anyone else experience this?
