I canceled the card I made a purchase with and when I got the refund status it didn’t go to my new one
I made a subscription purchase of 122,99€ without noticing. I got charged a few days later and contacted my bank. I cancelled that card and got a new one. When I realised it was duolingo, because the transaction had not a visible name, I requested a refund. The status said that I got it but my card was cancelled and they didn’t refund me on my new one that was already in my phone’s system. What is there to do?
