Can I fix my iPhone display with the help of a windows laptop?

I own a iPhone 13 Pro, which was purchased back in Jan, 2022. A couple of weeks ago I upgraded the iOS to 18 and exactly after 12 hours, the display on my phone started turning green. Currently, the display has been gone completely, I did check with a genius at an Apple store and he said that the phone still could be functional as apps were working fine (while there was a little bit of display left). I am just wondering if there is any way to try to plug in my iPhone to a windows laptop or even macbook to try to upgrade the iOS to the latest version even though the display is out (just to check if upgrading helps at all and even get some data backed up). This was first ever iPhone purchased and I really would like to use this for few more years if there's a possibility. Looking for a solution here!
