Macbook air black screen

My newly purchased macbook air1, suddenly have a black screen. I have a very very disappointing service from apple service center and apple support on a call from a executive. The service center has thoroughly checked and deposited to repair. The next day they are calling and telling me these is a intrnal wiring damage. So what do i expect from apple, if there is a wire internally damaged. Provide me a reason atleast how a macbook without a single scratch can get internally damaged. I dont know what counts as an physical damage or an internal damage. When someone like me buys macboom air m1, in 2024 after thinking about it for 4 years now being able to afford it. You guys have made a goodlooking product but at what cost, i have to pay half the money that i have paid to buy at first place. Very very dissappoiting. Apple would not even care to inspect such unique case, they are abiding to company policies. What if the product delievered has issues. I have this last option to discuss it here. Hoping to recieve a reply. Thanks.

We are not Apple, we are Apple users, this forums is mainly user- to user.

But, have you bought the MacBook new or second hand? Apple does not sell the M1 anymore. If you have bought it this year, it should have warranty if you have bought it anew. And it has not been fixed under warranty?

For the cable: There are some issues with internal display cables being too short causing them to disconnect, and thus give you a black screen.
