How can I stop unwanted charges on my Apple Account

i do not use this apple account. I do not like automatic draft fee. I want to cancel this apple account. I want to close my apple account. I am being charged a monthly fee of 5.99 mo. I never use this apple account. Besides I didn’t know I’d be charged a fee. I want to stop payment and close-out this apple acoumt.
