Only background noises in original audio

I just bought the new Deadpool 3 movie on my 4K Apple TV and when I went to watch it, the voices aren’t there. I’m watching with Dolby surround sound audio. Only the background noises and music plays. When I switch the audio settings to the English AD version, the voices are there, but so is the description that interrupts it and makes the watch un-enjoyable. How can I fix this? And if I can’t, how can I refund the movie because I don’t want to buy a movie I can’t properly enjoy.
