Content & Privacy Restrictions - Allowed Apps & Features - Apple Music Missing?

Using family Content & Privacy Restrictions to manage children's phones. Not sure when the change occurred but my daughter asked this morning why Apple Music was gone from her phone.

Apple Music isn't listed in the app Controls:

When I attempt to load Apple Music on my daughters phone:

Checking through my settings, I don't see where I can flip the app back on.

I have the same settings in place on my son's phone and he is able to see/use Apple Music.

Family Control Phone - iPhone 15 Pro Max -18.1.1

Child Phone 1 - iPhone 11 - 18.1.1 (not working)

Child Phone 2 - iPhone 12 - 18.1.1 (working)
