On Nov 18th, '24 I Lost the second monitor signal on M1 2020 MacMini

I enjoyed problem free displays on Ventura but now with Sequoia I have lost the second monitor signal from any thunderbolt port. I've tried both thunderbolt ports on the MacMini and several USB-C ports on CalDigit TS4 Hubs. It doesn't matter what port I can't get a second monitor signal when using the Display Port to USB-C cables on USB-C ports.

I can get a signal using the Display Port to HDMI but the darn screen flashes off for a second about every 3 minutes, its annoying to say the least.
