Wish I had never used hide my email

I guess hide my email has its purpose, but I wish I had never used it. It has created multiple problems when transferring data to a new phone because emails do not get sent to my real email so I can't activate apps. Is there a way to deactivate the ones I have set up that way and not lose my app data? Apple support has not been able to assist me or fix so many issues with my data not transferring properly and I am locked out of so many apps and I am so frustrated. Please advise if anyone has suggestions.
