Smudges on MacBook keys

I had this issue which a lot many users point out to and that is the smudges that we get on the keys of the MacBook. I have my Macbook air and it's keys often get fingerprints which looks dirty and needs to be cleaned very regularly which is hectic so I guess Apple should look into it and improve the quality.

Anyways does anyone have a solution for this if yes then please do tell me ASAP!!

I've had a Mac for decades and never experienced "smudges" on the keys.

I don't know what kind of an environment you are in but maybe try washing your hands before using the computer.

Okay so first of all I'm not the person who eats and on the other hand uses my laptop. I'm very delicate abt my MacBook n clean it after every use even if there is a little bit of dust or smtg. It's a real issue which is not just caused by using the keys with dirty hands so pls check online abt it. and yea I agree the dirty hands might be one of the reason but not the only reason n yea sry if I was being rude.

Getting dirty keys is not a manufacturing issue. Yes, some textures of plastic are more prone to showing dirt than others, but in all cases, there's nothing any manufacturer can do to prevent keys from over time accumulating dust, dirt, the natural oil from your fingertips, and other debris. All you can do is keep your fingers as clean as possible and clean your keys from time to time.

Regards.
