Wireless Car Play in Mercedes disconnects randomly every trip

iPhone 15 Pro Max w/ iOS 18.1 driving a Mercedes EQA using wireless Car Play. I'm in the UK, with Region/Language set to British English


Around 6 months ago Car Play started disconnecting at random. It happens on EVERY TRIP. It happens if there's another connected iPhone in the car AND when my phone is the only one.

My wife has recently bought an iPhone 16. Same thing - her phone disconnects at random too.


Anyone? Please?
