Unable to change size and position of User Icons on Log In Screen

Pre-Sequoia 15.1 update, User Log in Icons used to be large and in the center of the Log In screen. With Sequoia 15.1 update, now they are small and hidden in the very bottom of the Log In screen. I have looked everywhere, including Accessibility, but cannot modify the size or position of the User Log In Icons.

They now blend into the background image and have become hard to find, especially with even slightly challenged eyesight. I realize it is a "clean look", but how did this "feature" even pass Usability testing? How can I change the size and most especially the position of the User Icons on the Log In Screen?
