Why is ECG not available in some regions on Apple Watch?

we are users like yourself, we have no insight how to reach elected officials in various countries where your ECG does not currently function

ECG is

viewed as a medical device which mean it require official approval from the

government of a country before it's legal for apple to offer

ECG implies

that citizens' medical data be stored by a foreign third-party company without

individual approval by the government of said country, and that is not

something all countries feel comfortable with.

I have absolutely no idea how you reach the elected officials or relevant government offices in whatever country you're in.

It can only be enabled in countries/regions that have approved it. Speak to your elected officials.
