How can I find a photo saved to my Apple Watch on my iPhone?

I have a photo on my watch face that I can't find anywhere in my photos but want it. Help!!!!

So I have a photo that I used as my Apple Watch Face and want to print it out. I can't find it anywhere in my photos and I can't find it on my watch. I want it as a photo so just taking a picture pf it will not work because the time is right on it as well.

Please anyone help. This photo means a lot to me right now!
