Snapchat device ban (help)

I’ve been device banned on Snapchat because of a fake account I had. However, I can still log into my main account on my iPad and other phones that are linked to the same Apple ID as my phone.

I’m considering buying a new phone to use Snapchat on my own device again, but I’m wondering if that would fix the problem. What are the chances the ban would transfer when I transfer my data?

Let me know if anyone has experience with this, I’d really appreciate the help!

(don’t tell me to ask snapchat support they’re not helping)
