Why is my Apple Music app pausing songs automatically?

Whenever I click on a song to play it, it ends up pausing itself and when I click on the play button it constantly pauses itself. I went to one of my many playlists and it said all the songs on there were not available in my region, even though they were yesterday. I tried exiting and closing out of the app completely, I checked my wifi, and even restarted my phone. I have no clue what's going on right now with the app. Can someone help me?
