Apple Stickies moves windows on reboot

I'm running the Apple Stickies app in Sequoia 15.1.1 on a Studio M1 Max.

I have just two stickies. They're arranged the way I like them.

If I reboot, at least one of those stickies has moved to a different location and is often open rather than rolled up. The other is generally where it was, and open, prior to rebooting.

When I reboot, I generally Shutdown with or without closing apps I'm working on.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
