How can I keep my location shared at all times?

I noticed that the option to Always Share my location is no longer available. This is horrible for services/apps like “Find My” where I rely on location sharing to keep me safe/have my family know where I am at all times. Having it set to only while using requires the app to be open and I travel a lot and if I forget to open the app, they can’t see my location. I used to have piece of mind as a frequent solo female traveler knowing my loved ones could always keep an eye on me. I want the option to enable it always back! Is there a way to re-enable this that I’m missing? Or can you please put the option back for those of us who want it?
