A question about getting iPads Intune enrolled after setting up ABM

Hello folks, I did a pretty good amount of research on this topic before posting, but I am continuing to hit dead ends trying to close the loop on this. Full transparency I am not an Apple guy and I know little about iOS functionality. In either case I'm hoping someone can guide us on what the correct next steps are. I am trying to get these devices enrolled in Company Portal. The scenario is...

A total of 10 iPads (9th Generation) were purchased via an Amazon Reseller store. They are claiming they do not have an Apple reseller ID. I'll get back to that in a minute.

-Set up ABM and completed all domain verification. Entra ID Federation was enabled successfully.

-I have successfully level-set the domain with the Apple IDs that will be used on the devices in question.

On the Intune side, I have done the following...

-Uploaded the enrollment program token in the Intune Enrollment Blade, and I have created the actual Management Profile the devices will accept. Users were added to the security groups in Entra already to save my team the trouble.

-Verified the MDM Push Cert for Company Portal. In the past, this has not been an issue as we have allowed BYOD iOS device enrollment in the domain. ABM is a more recent venture and I believe as far as the domain itself goes I've done all I can do up until this point.

The issue at this point is the physical enrollment process for the devices themselves. So the store on Amazon we purchased these devices through states they do not have a reseller ID and offered to provide me with an invoice in lieu of that.

My struggle at the moment is I do not see how to get the devices pushed to Intune at all for us to manage them. Do we have to have this reseller ID to actually get the devices talking to Intune now that all the prerequisite work is done? If the reseller ID is required, are there any workarounds that Apple offers to push these devices to at least ABM, if I can't get them in Intune? The language on how this step is actually completed is not at all clear and I fear I have made this problem worse by setting up ABM, though this was needed for compliance's sake.

To clarify, all ten units came from the same Amazon reseller storefront.

Appreciate any feedback.

Thanks, but I did already contact Microsoft about this. The root of the problem I'm having is I can't get the devices into ABM. They do not show up in ABM and according to Microsoft they need to be listed in Apple Business Manager in order for the management profile I created to sync them into Intune, unless that is not correct. I also can't seem to find a way to just directly force them into Intune on their own since I can't deploy Company Portal through Apple Business Manager either... So unless there is a workaround to that, I have ten iPads I can't manage.

Appreciate the input but I somehow have to find a way to get these devices talking to ABM, otherwise they're just paperweights.
