What are the best app/s to convert BUP, IFO & VOB files to MOV or mp4 files on my MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro and would like to know what the best app/s I should use to convert BUP, IFO & VOB files to MOV or mp4 files

Why isn't the HandBrake.app listed in the Apple App Store? I tried to open the handbrake.app and non of the files (BUP, IFO and VOB) are not recognized as a source that can be converted. I can however open MOV files and convert them to a mp4 file, maybe I'm not using the app properly.

Handbrake for me too. I don't think it's in the Apple store, you have to download it from the web (free) and install it yourself. It's good - can batch convert multiple files, work its way through folder hierarchy and can manage subtitles and audio tracks. I'm not affiliated, just a big fan.
