CarPlay connects but no internet

My phone (12) works with CarPlay and has no issues. I can play Apple Music, search internet, get work teams calls, etc. my wife’s phone (15) used to work and now when it connects, she has no internet and can’t do work calls or messages on teams.

I have reset the phone, updated it, made sure Siri works and on. How can I get this fixed?
