Why is my purchased ringtone not downloading on my iPhone?

Hello, I already bought a music from tone store to set up as my ring tone but it's not showing even i tried downloading already. It says i already brought my chosen music but upon downloading, it just loads and still not showing. I already restart, logged out and signed in again from my apple acc but still the same. The music is shown as downloaded already but i can't set it since it's not showing on ring tones :(
