Unable to recover Microsoft 365 account after 30 days

In October, my account was hacked and my 365 has been frozen. I’ve waited 30 days. I tried to log back in and it still tells me that I’m still locked out. I googled Microsoft 365 Tech help and ended up getting a party that was doing nothing but scamming other individuals. I’ve tried to talk to somebody live to unlock my information, but I’m unable to get in touch with anyone.

I do have legacy contacts but no instructions on how to get them to get a passcode so I am locked out of my Hotmail my Outlook, my Authenticator so basically I’m locked out of everything. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

If you just Google for support, if you're not careful you're quite likely to find some third-party entity, not Microsoft, as it appears you did. Microsoft's contact information for their support resources can be found here:

https://support.microsoft.com/ContactUs

That page will direct you appropriately depending on your exact situation. As Kurt said, no one here can help you with a Microsoft account problem.
