Iphone 16 Pro Max have Exchange email errors been updated?

I purchased a new Iphone 16 pro max and all of my email accounts except my work email on Microsoft Exchange updated. Has there been a fix or update for the Microsoft Exchange email option? When I enter the correct password, the Iphone says it is correct. This password is used on my laptop and it works. I do not want to delete the email account as I have seen in conversations where other individuals are losing data and still cannot log in. I have calendar appointments that I need. @Applesupport @apple What are the solutions?
