I got this phone from a friend and nothings wrong with it but the .5x camera. When I change to it, it immediately goes back 1x, at first I thought it was gonna go away overnight, but it didn’t. So it shut off my phone then turned it back on, and it’s still the same, help please.

This sounds like a mechanical issue with the telephoto lens. Apple will need to diagnose it and offer repair options. Apple maybe be able to diagnose it remotely or you can make a Genius Bar appointment if more convenient.
