Hi all!
I have a major issue with my notes. I have screenshots of recipes etc but more importantly, irreplaceable photos of loved ones/memories. They were viewable before but now they state ‘Unsupported file format’. Why has this happened? They are only screenshots/images. Not large files etc.
Can someone help please, I would be so grateful!

What file format where you using?
This is what I could find out for formats that are allowed on iCloud
Your photos and videos are stored in iCloud in their original formats at full resolution. This includes HEIF, JPEG, RAW, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEVC, and MP4 as well as special formats you capture with your iPhone or iPad, like slo-mo, time-lapse, 4K videos, and Live Photos.

I have checked and they state they are PNG images. So should that mean they are supposed to be visible?
I was thinking this but thought I would post here first in case it’s a common issue etc..
