Iphone Mirroring Not Working

I currently have the Macbook Air M2 13 inch. It is fully updated to the Sequoia 15.1. There is no "iphone mirroring" app installed on this device and I cannot seem to figure out how to install it or how to get it to work. My iphone is also updated to ios 18 and is the iphone 14. I have bluetooth and wifi on for both and they are both connected to the same apple ID. How can i figure out how to use them? Thank you.
