Personalise Photos.app memories, music list is gone.
I regularly create memories in Photos app on Mac, however since updated to macOS 15.1, the personalisation of memories no longer allows me to select music that goes into the memory, it will simply assign a random music and that's it. I can click the music icon but only 1 track listed, nothing else.
Contacted Apple support, we have gone through the usuals such as reboot machine, safe mode boot, even reinstall macOS 15.1, nothing works. I have been trying to revert back to 15.0.1 but not sure why couldn't get it done. I'm hoping that the community has someone who is probably better than Apple in solving this issue. I'm suspecting Photos.app might be trying to contact Apple server to get a list of music tracks but somehow couldn't reach and ended up nothing showing up.
Machine details:

At least might be helpful if someone could guide me how to reinstall 15.0, I have the InstallAssistant.pkg
