Can't play some on-drive videos in the TV app. Get info shows the wrong path (folder chain).

I'm trying to use my TV app to play some video files that are on my hard drive. Many of them won't play. Some play with a 10-second delay. The ones that don't play have this error message:

zxcv

If I click Locate, it just shows TV Library.tvlibrary in a Finder-style display. If I click Cancel instead of Locate on the error message pane, I get the Get Info pane. I click File and get a slightly wrong path (file location).

Also, a couple of years ago, the hard drive portion of my Fusion drive (previous Mac) died. I restored from Time Machine backup to an external drive, but the Music and Movie folders were in the wrong place! So I moved them to the right place. I think some other files went missing. Regardless, it was a mess! Even so, Seasons 1, 2, and 3 underwent the same move. So why is only Season 2, and a very few from 1 and 3, playable?

I just noticed that there are two Star Trek folders! See below:

Ah, this explains why Miri shows up twice!

How can I fix this?

Bonus problem with a possibly helpful clue:

When I sync to my iPhone 7 Plus, Season 2 of Star Trek comes over, and a smattering of non-Star Trek videos, but seasons 1 and 3 are missing altogether. I recently restored my phone (long story) and most things didn't come back. Especially my wallpaper and settings, and 3rd party apps! All gone! I had to set it up from scratch and can't remember the name of one of them. Fortunately, my music came over okay. But the restore operation lost the settings! Nope, I don't like it!

TIA!
