NFL app full screen bug blocks part of screen

I have an NFL+ subscription, and for the expensive price, getting frustrated with all of the bugs and no customer service.

Using it on my iPad 8th gen, and when I switch to full screen, part of the screen is blocked. I uninstalled the app, restarted the iPad, re-installed, multiple times, no luck. This is a defective app.

No customer service either, just a useless bot. I did by some miracle get it to allow to add a screenshot a few weeks ago, but that was ignored.

Anyone experience anything similar on this app?
