Mail app and Spectrum email account not connecting
MacBook Air, OS 15.1, Mail 16.0
I add the Spectrum email account in Mail, enter and save required data and password, but continue to get error message after clicking sign in... "unable to verify account name or password". I am able to access the email through the Spectrum account online with no trouble.
Up until several days ago it was working in Mail. There was some maintenance and updates made to the Spectrum account online when it stopped working in mail. So when it went offline in Mail, I removed the Spectrum account and re added it, entered date and password, and still get error. I've tried some variations to the settings to no avail. Has anyone else had recent issues with Spectrum and third party email apps?
