Issue with search bar on reminders

“Had already tried turning it off and on again. Still doesn't find certain reminders. Seems to be a problem over many years for people - now what? Pretty useless if you can't find them.”

Well, if it’s been “a problem over many years for people”, then the question is: “Just how many people have reported this to Apple?”

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on when this issue began, and how you’ve troubleshot it, this far. Include the URL of this thread
4. Proceed from there as necessary

Scrolling Through Reminders:

A. Perform a Force Restart:

Save what need be, and then Force Restart your iPhone. Go here: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

B. Close ALL Apps:

An app may be running in the background, perhaps pening a download. So, save what need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up from the bottom-left corner, to the top-right corner. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for each app.
