comcast not supporting Apple Mail
My husband's Mail program stopped working. We could not send emails on his MAC. So I contacted Comcast, & tried to delete & re-add the email address. After several tries, Comcast informed me they do not support "third party" software & suggested I re-load the MAC email onto my device. WTF?? I have the same email working on my MAC, and both of our iPhones. I tried following the advice offered here on the community with bad results. Somehow, even though it is not listed, every time I try to add "new account" I get red letters telling me this account already exists on his MAC. I am at an impasse. Any help would be appreciated.
