iPhone 13 ProMax Video goes black

I was sent a video from a family member. It played perfectly for at least a month and I could airplay it to my TV. Now when I view the video, I only get about 45 seconds of video and then a black screen. This is also happening on the same video on my IPAD. The video is of a family member singing a duet with Carrie Underwood in Las Vegas. Can this be fixed?
