Note that, depending on what you did, the app may not have been deleted from your phone but only from your Home Screen. In that case, it should still be available in the App Library.

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to check, through the App Library, which apps are not on your Home Screen.

Honestly, if it were me, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you need the app again, you'll remember what it was and can find it then. But, that's me.

Open the App Store app, search for the app you deleted an re-install it.
