Unable to delete old devices from the Health app device list on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

My Health app shows a long list of devices, likely my old phones and watches. I am unable to delete the old ones, however. When I go in to the device list in the app and select on is the "old" devices, the next screen just shows a "No data found" message - no option to delete.

Currently on IPhone 13 Pro Max. iOS 18.1
