today I bought new apple airpods pro 2nd and find it's already activated today is 15/11/2023 and the expire is 13/7/25!

This would likely indicate that you purchased the AirPods from an unauthorized retailer. If this is the case, the warranty would have started on the day the retailer purchased them from Apple.
Warranty coverage starts with the original purchase.
Activition date or when they are opened and used has nothing to do with it.
As stated by another poster, you apparently bought them from an unauthorized seller who purchased them some time ago.
