Occasionally when I am copied in on an email and I try and open it, the content of the email is just a jumble of letters. It appears normal on the main email inbox page but once I’ve clicked on it and it opens it’s just a jumble of characters and letters. Any idea why or what I should do to resolve this issue?

Sometimes this problem can be fixed by using webmail instead of Mail.
I think it is often with email via MS Exchange systems where this happens.
