Podcasts app using significant energy on MacBook Air

In activity monitor "Energy tab", podcasts app is always among the top list ordered by "12 hr power" (value ranging between 25-30). I never opened it and disallowed notifications, not only in the past 12 hours but like in the past few months.

The icon is grey in activity monitor. Checking in terminal there's no process related, launchctl also shows `com.apple.podcasts.PodcastContentService` is unloaded. I wonder is any process running in the background to drain the battery?

Plus: When I open it Energy impact is around 1300. Generally safari Energy impact is 20-30.
