New Yorker app not loading on iPad mini 6
Has anyone else had this problem? New Yorker app opens briefly then crashes. Removed background apps, reset iPad, re-installed the New Yorker app three times. Zilcho. Can pull up one section on Safari, but not the actual issues.
Customer service at Conde Nast was useless, hoping to get an email back soon.
All my other apps (WSJ, NYT, WaPo, SF Chronicle)-all loading fine w/current edition. So appears it's not the iPad.
Suggestions?
