Both my Iphone 15 and my Macbook have the exact problem. When I first connect my airpods to them, the left airpod is always louder than the right one. I then have to remove the left airpod from my ear a couple times, until it normalizes again. Spacial audio is off on both devices, and it always happens, no matter the order I take them out of the case.
