Today is my scheduled pickup date but I haven’t received the pickup email from Apple Store.

According to my previous shopping experience, Apple should have sent me an email with a QR code 1-2 days in advance, but I still haven't received any email until today. Could it be that Apple will postpone the pickup time without notifying the customer?
