A persistent wind-like noise only appears on the right headphones and only when both headphones are connected (or in my ears). This noise does not disappear when noise cancellation is turned on or off. I have tried resetting the headphones, "forgetting" the headphones from my phone and reconnecting, and nothing is working. Please help; it is a constant nuisance.
