Create separate password for new Passwords app

I just purchased a new iMac, so running Seqoia 15.1. I want to move from using LastPass (I was on Windows) to the new Passwords app. I have it running fine, but I don't like that my Mac password can open this Passwords app. Is there a way to create a longer, more high-security password without also changing my normal Mac login pw? Thx!!
