Apple music not working

Hello, i recently started listening to music from apple music. At first I was a little bit dissapointed in the volume of the music it lets you listen to, but i managed to make it a little bit better. Yesterday I tried to download it on my ps5, but when i tried to listen to music it just doesn't. I tried everything, read every question here about simillar issues, but nothing helps. If someone can help me I would be more than greatful. On a side note, i also did not recieve my 6 months free subscription, but with ALL those problems, i just want to make it work for now. These are problems for later....
